ProLuteal Lab
Helping you master your luteal phase to get pregnant and bring home your baby at last!
8 Week Program
ProLuteal Lab Fall 2024 Session
Begins September 30th!
Enrollment is opening!
ProLuteal lab will have limited enrollment.
Progesterone is the main hormone that takes over after your body releases an egg, a.k.a. Ovulation!
It's the hormone that gets your uterus, ovaries, brain, breasts, and everything else ready for a baby!
If your progesterone is low, we see problems like early periods (aka short luteal phase), spotting, painful periods, difficulty getting pregnant, difficulty staying pregnant, pregnancy complications, preterm birth, and more!
Low progesterone is a common issue that is extremely under diagnosed, under treated, and in my opinion, running rampant among women over 30.
If you want to use a nutrition lifestyle approach to improve your fertility, improve pregnancy outcomes, and improve your overall health, this program is for you!

If you're hustling, rushing, sick, inflamed, starving, stuffed, or stressed, your nervous system tells your body to make cortisol instead of progesterone.
Supporting your ability to get and stay pregnant means tapping into this wisdom and giving your body the space to heal.
There is no single diet, food, supplement, exercise, therapy, or practice that stands as a quick fix either.
Healthy progesterone and a robust luteal phase requires a whole life approach.
